About LOCKARD INC

LOCKARD INC in Tecumseh, Kansas, is a second-generation family business run by Charles and Christine Lockard. Christy began working for her families plumbing company in 1972, while Chuck started working for their business in 1982. After 10 years, Chuck and Christy decided to put up their own plumbing company in 1992. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, they continue to provide first-rate plumbing services to numerous clients.

About Charles D. Lockard

Charles has been involved in the construction industry since 1979. He spent three years working for a general contractor and nine years working for Young's, Inc., where he served as a foreman, estimator, and project manager. Charles went through a four year apprenticeship program while at Young's. Today, he is in charge of estimating, selecting and managing projects, as well as handling employees on job sites. Charles has a master block license for mechanical and plumbing services.

About Christine L. Lockard

Christine was employed by and a stockholder at Young's, Inc., for 20 years. She was the Assistant Secretary of Young's, Inc., Board of Directors from 1976 to 1989, and the Secretary from 1989 to 1992. She left Young's, Inc., to begin LOCKARD INC with Charles. Today, Christine is in charge of accounting, job costing, payroll, taxes, and all other office operations in LOCKARD INC.
